We believe that historic properties deserve a new chapter, not demolition. Majordo is a Brno-based real estate group. Since 2017 we have been buying, renovating and managing properties in Brno.
Under the goodnite brand, our properties welcome guests from all over the world. Our guests discover Brno from the historic centre and from its outer districts alike, staying in beautiful apartments, hotels and smaller guesthouses.

We know our way around real estate and investment
We started in 2017 with our first investments in apartments and smaller buildings. We began offering the properties as accommodation – that is when goodnite was born, today the largest Brno-based operator of short-term accommodation. More projects and services followed over time. In 2025 we brought everything together under Majordo Group.

Unlike typical developers, we do not buy properties to sell them on at a profit straight away. We help them develop over the long term. We care about what becomes of the properties and how they will serve in the future.
We take the same approach when working with you. We are not managers who turn up, pocket a commission and disappear. Nor are we developers who buy a property to sell it on straight away for more money. We are long-term investors, and we look after both properties and their owners.

In Brno, we are the only ones who are both owner and manager at the same time. We buy properties ourselves, renovate them sensitively with our own capital and then operate them. Other managers do not have their own money invested in the market, while our own assets are in it – so our stake in Brno could not be higher, and we are on the same side as you. We learned everything first-hand, and in almost 10 years we have got the essentials down. But we keep learning, because the market changes and we change with it.

We started with our first investments in apartments and smaller buildings. Since then we have seen plenty – from a dripping tap to a complete renovation. Today we manage 200+ units and handle 1,000+ tenant requests a month on behalf of owners. So we know what breaks most often in properties, how to make a repair that lasts, and what can be prevented. For you, this means fewer surprises and faster solutions.
We invest ourselves
We have put CZK 250+ million of our own money into Brno properties. That is why we think twice about every crown before we spend it – whether it is our money or yours. We have tested our methods, materials and fittings on our own properties, not on yours. When we recommend a renovation or a price adjustment, you know we would do the same with our own. We look at a property as long-term investors – we care about its yield today and its value many years from now.
We know our tradespeople
Through complete renovations of 100+ units, we have learned who works carefully and who only makes promises. Over time, we have built a network of vetted suppliers and tradespeople we can rely on. When the hot water stops running on a Friday evening, we do not hunt through adverts for someone – we call people we have tried and tested. We can check their work because we know what it should look like. This makes repairs faster, and you do not have to find, arrange or supervise anything.
We have a strong team
Your property is not looked after by one overstretched manager, but by a whole in-house team. We have our own people in leadership, projects and acquisitions, finance, HR and sales for goodnite. Revenue management keeps an eye on prices and occupancy, and operations take care of the day-to-day running of the properties. Contracts are drawn up by lawyers. Our own brand, goodnite
Under our own brand, goodnite, we operate over 150 rooms and apartments across Brno, including hotels and guesthouses. We are the largest Brno-based operator of short-term accommodation, and 500+ satisfied guests stay overnight with us every day. So your property does not start from scratch – it joins an established brand and a well-run operation. Besides goodnite, we also offer it through Booking.com and other channels, and occupancy has long stayed above 85%. In a suitable location, short-term rental earns owners roughly 30% more than long-term rental.

Starobrněnská 13
Every building deserves tenants who understand it. We renovated this one and brought in quality operators. No garish signs – just a dignified face that belongs in the historic streets of Brno.
Hlinky 28a
We fully renovated a building whose interiors now stand out with nature-inspired design. We run the hotel ourselves and welcome guests who come to Brno for a trip or for work.
Zahradnická 19
We bought the run-down Hotel Pyramida, renovated it and turned it into the pleasant Hotel Riverside. On a quiet street, just a few minutes from the centre of Brno. Today we run it ourselves and offer accommodation to guests from the Czech Republic and abroad.
