Your property at its very best
With a long-term rental, you often cannot get into your property for months or even years. A guest stays with us for 2 days on average, so roughly every 2 days the property is technically checked, cleaned and aired – this way it keeps its high value and excellent technical condition.
We prepare the property, fit it out with furniture and other equipment, have it professionally photographed and promote it on our goodnite.cz website as well as through Booking.com and other channels. Guests see your property in the best possible light – and that is exactly how they find it on arrival.
Leave the management to us and enjoy a regular income
We take care of guests, cleaning, repairs and all communication. You don’t need to deal with anything. How we pay you rent is explained under short-term rental management.

Apartmány Enjoy Downtown
Two apartments in a Baroque palace on the Cabbage Market (Zelný trh) with a beautiful view of the city. We furnished the rooms to a luxury standard and photographed them, and we take care of cleaning and maintenance.
Hotel Botanica
We took the historic building at Hlinky 28a on a long-term lease from its owner, renovated it at our own expense and turned it into a hotel with nature-inspired interiors. In a quiet location a short distance from the Brno Exhibition Centre, the riverside promenade and the historic centre.
Penzion U Libušky
We manage 14 rooms in a building on the edge of Brno. We let them to visitors who would rather enjoy peace, quiet and nature within easy reach than the bustle of the centre.
