Privacy policy
When you write to us through the form on our website, we need a few of your personal details to do so. Here is a clear outline of what we do with them.
Who processes your data
The controller is Majordo Hospitality s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 08480184, Starobrněnská 286/13, 602 00 Brno. The company is registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 113875.
What data and why
Through the form, we receive your first name and surname, phone number, email address and whatever you choose to write to us. If you apply for a job with us through the Careers page, we also receive the position you are interested in and your CV. We use this data only to reply to you, get in touch with you and, where relevant, prepare an offer.
We process the data because it involves negotiating a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not need your consent for this.
How long
We keep the data for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry. After that, we retain it for no longer than 2 years from our last communication. If we enter into a contract together, further processing is governed by its terms.
Who has access to it
We do not sell the data or pass it on for marketing. It is handled by those of our colleagues who deal with your enquiry. If your matter is handled by another company within Majordo Group, we pass it on to that company only to the extent necessary.
The forms are technically processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA). The transfer of data is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us for:
- an overview of the data we hold about you,
- its correction or erasure,
- restriction of its processing.
You can also object to its processing. Simply write to info@majordo.cz and we will reply within one month at the latest.
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
