We are a Brno-based property group that is growing fast. We manage great properties for the long term – from historic buildings in the centre of Brno
to apartments on its outskirts. And we are looking for capable people who want to look after them with us.
First, let us introduce ourselves
We are Majordo Group. In Brno, we manage apartments, serviced apartments, residential buildings and hotels for the long term – we arrange their short-term rental under our goodnite brand. We also take care of everything around them, from renovation to maintenance. We give properties a second life and give their owners peace of mind and a regular income.
We are also Brno patriots. We want things here to look good and work well. That is why we manage our projects for the long term too, and we care about where they are heading.

Who we have in mind
We are looking for people who think about things in context and want to improve them – whether it is communication at reception, automating pricing or running operations more efficiently.
What you studied or how much experience you have does not matter that much. What matters more is your attitude and whether we can rely on you. Everything else can be learned.
You will work on projects that people can see – in Brno, on its streets and on social media. If you want to help improve our city and its properties, you have come to the right place.

You will be the first face guests see when they arrive in Brno. We are looking for a reliable person with a natural way with people and good English. Also suitable for students.

Are you a natural optimist who enjoys contact with people and wants to be the face of accommodation in Brno? Your job will be to make sure every guest has a smooth start to their stay and knows they have a professional behind them whom they can turn to at any time.
What will you do with us?
- Look after our guests: Forget boring phone answering. You will be the guests’ go-to person on the line, calmly handling their requests, booking changes and unexpected challenges. 📞
- Help with arrivals: Not every guest is a tech wizard. Your job is to be on standby and, with a smile, sort out a stuck key safe or guide a lost guest all the way to their room. 🔑
- Get out and about: Our apartments are in the centre and sometimes someone needs to be there in person. You will deal with things on site – either on foot or on our scooter. 🛵
- Keep guests happy: We follow reviews on Booking.com and Airbnb. You will monitor ratings, reply to reviews and collect feedback so that people enjoy coming back to us. 🌟
- Support the team: Admin work here is not boring – it supports our operations. You will be the link between reception, management and our accountant, so that everything works and adds up. 💻
We are looking for you if:
- You speak English: In hospitality, it is a must. And if you can also communicate in another language, that is a big plus. 🗣️
- You are a master of improvisation: When a problem comes up, you do not panic – you look for a solution. You work independently and your manager can rely on you 100% during a shift. 🧠
- Working with people energises you: You are an optimist, you have drive and you enjoy helping others. 🎉
- You are looking for flexibility: You want to fit your working hours around your other activities, but you can work at least 2–3 shifts a week (8:00–16:00 / 15:00–23:00). 🕒

Our hotel in Staré Brno, a short distance from the centre, has just undergone a major transformation. The former Hotel Pyramida is now Hotel Riverside: it has a new name and a new design, and we are now looking for modern concierges who will not just sit behind the desk but will bring the whole place to life. Your mission will be to make sure every guest realises, the moment they walk through the door, that they have come to the right place.
What will you do with us?
- Welcome guests and create a wow effect from the very start: You will be the first face a guest sees. Your job will be to welcome them with such ease and such a smile that they forget how tired they are from the journey. 👋
- Be an ambassador for Brno: Forget boring maps and leaflets. You will recommend places with a real vibe – from hidden bars to the best coffee in town. 🗺️
- Set the morning mood: Helping out at breakfast here is not stress in the dining room but a friendly start to the day. You will give guests energy not only with food but also with your attitude. ☕
- Keep an eye on room quality: You will be the link between housekeeping and maintenance. Your job will be to check each room so thoroughly that the guest cannot find a single flaw. 🔎
- Contribute to a good atmosphere: Every detail you improve here shapes the overall impression of a stay at the hotel. Your opinions and ideas carry weight here. 🌿
